It could be debated that artists such as Beyonce, Rihanna, Adele would not have become as successful without their record label. Record labels do not only parent an artist(s) through their career but the skillful turn their artists into a branding; marketing and funding their musical talent. To understand more about music labels - how they are run, who their run etc I have researched on the current labels.
